1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing www.smartcleaningcom.com or engaging Smart Cleaning of South Florida for residential or commercial cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Free On-Site Test Demonstration
We provide eco-friendly, pet-safe 240°F steam cleaning, grout color sealing, shower restoration, upholstery, and air duct services. All tile and grout appointments include a complimentary, no-obligation test section cleaned in front of you. If you are not completely satisfied with the demonstration result, you owe nothing.
3. Pricing, Promotions & Discounts
Promotional rates (including the $39/room special) are based on standard room sizes up to 150 square feet. Rooms exceeding standard dimensions or requiring specialized restoration will be quoted clearly prior to beginning work. Senior (65+) and active Military / Veteran 10% discounts are honored upon verification at dispatch.
4. Same-Day Service Guarantee
Same-day dispatch is subject to technician availability and geographical scheduling across Broward and Palm Beach counties. We endeavor to accommodate all urgent service requests.
5. Licensing & Insurance
Smart Cleaning of South Florida is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida. All work is performed using commercial-grade equipment and non-toxic, child- and pet-safe chemical formulas.
